Hamilton doesnt have enough of a sample to go on. He has one game under his belt. Bush ran just as good or better than Hamilton yesterday.

But until Payton switches Bush to WR, he still has to get carries when he is in the Backfield to keep the defense honest.

Also, these threads have got to stop :beatdeadhorse:

Thomas, Bell, Bush, Hamilton = a talented stable of backs. The End.

Thomas + Bell + Hamilton = the money found in one Reggie's couch cushions vs. their combined annual salaries.

When you are talking modern NFL football with salary caps and free agency, it is definitely appropriate to discuss your team's depth chart at a position and the subsequent money being spent on one position. Sometimes, your money is best spent elsewhere.

Just posing the question - If Mario Williams were the 4th best DE on the Texans, would he still have a job in Houston after 4 years? Probably not.

Again for the 103030030443035 time on this board. The money that Bush is making this year isnt causing any problems. In THIS OFF SEASON if the Saints organization comes to him to take a pay cut and he says no, then we can bitch about. But, until then the money issue has no relevance.
