Has Taylor been hurt, thought he’d be starting nickel with Roby having to slide in due to Adebo being out.

Yes.
Evans looked good imo.
Needs to slow some things down but you can't teach his physical gifts.
Seems like he played in the nickel most of the day.

I agree Evan’s played well, just wasn’t sure how Taylor has progressed through camp or what his status was.

Justin Evans. Former 2nd round Safety that got very banged up. He appears to be completely healthy now though.
He sat out the entire 2021 season, I believe.
