Pretty much nothing.

Didn’t bottom out. “Tried” to win.

Hold on to very expensive old vets too long.

Hire horrid coach.

Sign mediocre QB to horrible deal then triple down on it with restructures.

Be mediocre for years

Put your team in cap hell so your roster is paper thin

Draft terribly.
