I wouldn't say they are old either, but Browner does turn 31 in August. Also, who is our 3rd CB, a position that will get a lot of snaps, right now?

There are a lot of good corners that play well into their 30s. It isn't a position that drops off very much. Greer was still playing exceptionally well at 31 for us, unfortunately he sustained an injury that made him retire.

At the current moment I just don't see the value of going for a CB if either one of Beasley, Shelton, Scherff, White, Cooper or Collins are on the board. Each one of those 6 are slotted as starters for the team that drafts them. Waynes is a nice prospect, but we saw a lot of CB prospects in the first round flame out, it is one of the positions that require a lot of NFL adjustments.

I'm watching Dupree games and I'm seriously falling in love. He can rush the passer, drop into coverage, play w/ his hand in the dirt a la Galette. I'd love him at 13.

Dude is a straight up baller. If he falls there you have to seriously consider him. Same w/ Scherff.

Most likely Terrence Frederick unless SJB makes a huge improvement this offseason. I'm not really too high on Dixon after last season, but it would be nice if he makes a huge improvement as well.

Hopefully having Browner on the squad can be a positive with Baptiste & help him develop as a big corner.

Your post makes no sense to me. Think about it for a minute. A lot of the major moves this offseason were said to have a lot to do with Brees wanting certain ppl gone. Why would we make these moves to satisfy our franchise qb if we plan on stockpiling draft picks just to replace him? There's no logic there.

Oh most definitely. Browner is a proven leader and he makes everyone in the locker room better. I'm pumped for this season for that reason.
