One QB who rarely gets mentioned but who could make some noise is Eli Holstein at Pitt.

The same scared shite gets said every year.
“Not the right class”
“Don’t panic, be patient”
“He’s going to bust”
“Too many other roster holes”
It’s all bullshite. You won’t win shite without a good quarterback. We’ve needed to invest in a future quarterback for the past 6-7 years. The Winston, Dalton, Carr experiment was pathetic. Just lazy arse attempts at filling the roster. Any 13 year old kid could tell you those guys suck. But grown arse pretend smart guys on here will tell you something different. “Well actually his passer rating is top 10”
How would we be any worse off had we drafted a “bust” quarterback the past 7 years. Hell we could’ve drafted two busts and be just as bad as we are now. What am I even saying? We already draft 1st rd busts, the only difference is they never had a chance of being a franchise qb in the first place.
Do I think Sanders or Dart are worth an early 1st? No but if KM wants one of them then you go for it. Or you look for value QB later in the draft. And when they bust in 2-3 years you try again. And again. And again.
You’ll be waiting forever if you’re waiting on a guarantee. Every single pick can bust. This board hated Jayden Daniels. Said he’s too skinny, can’t throw blah blah and then he wins rookie of the year. I made a thread saying we should draft him and the smart guys on here told me to off myself

This is universally considered a weak QB draft.
Naw. That theory has been widely debunked.

Horrible analogy.
There is no guarantee we would have a chance to draft a qb as good as shedeur/dart in next years draft.
