I'm assuming the radio feed is quicker?
If not, if you have DVR maybe try pausing the game and lining it up with the radio feed.

WWL FM, 105.3 , I got that on and it's OK.

Won't help you today, but I bought one of these sport sync radios and works really well. May want to invest in one of these and hook it up to the surround sound.

Mikey knows the answer to this. He has a device at his house that lets you change the feed. Doubt he'll answer this thread though.
