I agree. I don't think that we will be signing many free agents this year except the ones we have. There's just not enough cap space to do anything.
We're going to see what Spags is made of this year, the defensive squad will basically be the same.

just throwing this WS info out that jeff duncan relayed in chat today...
By my calculations, the Saints would save $3M by cutting Smith. He is due a $7M base salary but has $4M in prorated signing bonus money that would accelerate on to the 2012 cap if he was released. Crazier things have happened but I think Spags will find a spot for Will Smith on his roster.
