10 seconds, all you gotta do is let them throw a 10 yarder and tackle him in bounds. Wouldn't have enough time to spike it.

If Williams tackles him instead of missing him completely, there’s a good chance the receiver gets out of bounds with at least a second left since he was so close the sideline. Then they rush the field goal team on and probably make it for the same result.
