They are a big concern. That's why he dropped to #11.

Not a big "drop" when he was mostly projected between 5-8. Then you had 2 QBs which almost no one had projected, and 3 WRs which no one had projected.
Compare that to Allen in the same range and where he fell to. Much bigger drop (and he was going as high as 3 in many mocks).

Yeah I'm not sure health was even a factor in him dropping to 11. Just a bunch of teams desperate for offense in the top 10
