Sucked off Penning in an article not even two weeks ago. Mentioned he was becoming a strength in the OL.

Then, last week, he hangs him out to dry in an “analysis” article saying he should be benched, just to use his source to get ahead of the “breaking news” this week. Terrible journalism and scumbag activity.

Man, we taking penning not starting today hard. I'm at least willing to see the results before I declare the move bad or good

Didn’t we have a week long thread on this already? Oh yeah, there it is, 6 posts below this topic.

Underhill really bothers the frick out of ST, that’s for sure.

So, you think that Nick has the power through his podcast to make DA bench a guy?

The fact is that Nick heard grumblings from the staff about maybe they are thinking about a change, and reported it.

And Hurst played better at LT than he did at LG, and Peat plays better at LG than Hurst, so the best starting 5 take the field. Not sure why this is a bad thing.

Nick also stated that he wasn't necessarily a fan of the idea.

One other thing he mentioned is that some of the things Penning might be messing up are not as clear on film, such as communication and blocking the wrong guy.

I'm guessing he thought Penning was improving on film, then pivoted once he heard the grumblings from inside the organization.

If Penning was actually a liability in run blocking then he didn't hang him out to dry. He's doing his job.
