Lola's in Summerlin will no doubt have some events / specials leading up to the game. It's in the west part of the valley and a ways away from The Strip but their food / drinks are legit.
Allegiant Stadium is scheduled to be finished on July 31st but they may be doing touch ups in and around the stadium right up to game day.
