if he were to get cut like some are saying ,how much money would still count against salary cap this year if any....i remember people saying we are stuck with him due to the large contract he was signed to a couple of years ago.i was just wondering if we would still take a hit on the cap this year even if he was let go.

We save $1 million dollars in short. Not worth giving up the other $6 mill we would lose. Salary* FIFY

thanks for the spell check... ..so with everyone saying just cut him with out knowing the cap issues and saying how much money we would save..makes no sense.

The board was on full meltdown tonight. You shouldn't be worrying about too many people "making sense." It's only round 1, let's see how the rest of it plays out before we jump to any conclusions

Even with Vaccaro, I don't see cutting Harper.

A shuffling of roles probably, but as much as people hate Harper, the Saints are better with him right now than without him.

I think they use him as a roaming db, finding ways to get him to the QB
