I think you're missing the part the says hes been CONTRACTED instead of CONTACTED. You can be contacted by multiple teams, not contracted.

Yes. Notice that despite beating OSU and making the playoff the Michigan response the last two offseasons has been basically "if he goes, he goes". He's a great coach but he's wears thin.
