They are an absolute poster child of building a deep and successful roster through ALL rounds of the draft.
Amazing when you have a competent GM/Coach who are aligned with building a roster.
Now compare that to our GM who just trades picks like candy to plug a few holes here or there thinking we’re a few players away from competing.
The difference between these franchises could not be more stark.

Get everyone on board before a playoff run, by this time in the season you know what you got and some players excel in different scenarios.
