Honestly not sure what this has to do with anything. Sports franchise's aren't paying a guy to account for the money his wife makes.

Look, I am not saying Brees is a bad guy or extremely selfish, but he has yet to honestly do anything major in sacrifice to aid his team in getting better. If you even go back to 2011 when his previous contract was in its last year, Brees was the one refusing to get it done early, not the Saints.

Hell, they offered him extensions and a raise basically after the Super Bowl and he refused to budge. He and his agent try to get as much leverage as possible, and that isn't about doing what is best for the team.

Again, he can take care of himself, no one is blaming him for doing that. Just don't act like you are some guy that is all about the team first, when that isn't proven with his actions.
