I fool around with a lot of different draft sims and in the last few days I've noticed K’Lavon Chaisson has been slipping, to the point that he's usually available at 24.

I know these are just sims but do they have any basis in reality, iirc some of the sims rank players by the sim draft histories. If so why would he be sliding, he'd be a tremendous steal at 24. I know he wont be there.

Personally, I think Delpit is a little underrated and Chaison is a little overrated.

Just my opinion.

I'll be the first to admit, I don't study game film of these players so I tend to rely pretty much solely on what I read and hear about them. Specifically Mike Detillier on the local shows. I don't get that he's over rated at being a top 10-15 pick. Delpit I agree with you on. I think he goes top 15 or 20 for sure.

Having watched Chaisson for the last 2+ years (tore his ACL in ‘18) I personally wouldn’t touch him if I had a “lottery pick“. Now if he drops into the 20s then I’d take him just bc of potential alone
