No they play the Texans-Packers -Chargers. The dates and times aren't set yet.

Three preseason games per team each season is where the NFL is at, this will probably be on the negotiation table (to knock it down to two games each year) when the league tries to go to an 18 game regular season.
Probably put two bye weeks in the regular season as well.
