he's likable when winning but he exudes no confidence when losing. his lack of command and influence over the offensive side of the ball is not acceptable.

My thing is I know he's got a great defensive mind, so how hard is it to self scout and see how easy your offense is to defend? It's the same problems over and over again.

Was thinking the same a couple of weeks ago. What is he seeing that gives him confidence in Ol Petes offense?
