Coaching staff and our kickers

I know many here fell off the Lutz train last year but he's still technically a young K and has made many big kicks in his young career. Gillikin had a phenomenal rookie year and yes, last year, was average at best. I still for the life of me can't figure out how we go with an unknown rookie, who wasn't that good in college, over a proven Lutz. And there is absolutely no way they could watch Hedley punt in practice and say, yes that's our man. Unbelievable failure regarding our kicking game.
I was reserved but didn't hate the DA hire. I did hope he'd bring in a proven OC and let him take care of the offense. Way too much talent on this team for our O to be playing that bad. As far as D, I think we are good but not great. Our D does seem to collapse in big moments. I'd usually want to give a coach coming to a new team 3 years to turn it around. This team isn't new to DA and isn't in a rebuild with the talent on our roster. I don't want to blow up our roster after the season, I do wish we'd blow up our coaching staff though.

This is his 7th year in the league, 8th if you count the season he missed. He's kicking better this year in Denver than he has in a while. His percentage is the best he has had since 2019 which was his second-best season ever.
Grupe's stats are better than Lutz's last season. 4-7 in the last two games really pulled his percentages dowm. Hard to say if that will be a habit or an anomaly. If he continues like he was prior to those two games, he will have a great season. If he has the yips and that continues, it's gonna be ugly for him.
