18 Mil is bottom of the barrel pricing for key word "Veteran" starting QB money. Like it or hate it that is what veteran starting QBS are going to make. You want get him or anyone starting caliber under 20 mil unless you draft a rookie.

I think he wants to be here and looking around at whats available Saints would be stupid to let Winston out the building.
Give him a 2 year 35 million contract, draft a W.O. in the 1st round, bring in another good receiver, and a good RB. Sit back and enjoy the year it will be a very good season.
