We are basically the Cowboys. DA and Mike McCarthy will blow close games because of mental breakdowns. Dak and Carr will throw interceptions if you have to depend on them.
I still want them gone.

I never wanted to sign Carr in the first place. His contract makes getting rid of him massively expensive. Allen is not a good coach but getting rid of him is rearranging deck chairs in the Titanic until the FO accepts the team is not “right there” as contenders and trades back instead of up and doesn’t spend on free agents like Carr for a year or 2 while the older contracts expire

Can’t believe there are defenders of Allen and/or Carr, at this point. Simping for 2 guys who need a GPS, a map and a seeing eye dog to find the postseason. They can only succeed when everything around them is perfect. That’s not how the NFL works.

They both have 5+ years of tape in their jobs as head coach and as QB and we’ve seen the results. The old saying of “when someone shows you who they are, believe them” applies here.

Carr is not the problem but he's not going to will a team to victory. He's a middle of the pack QB that succeeds in a healthy offense and creative scheme.

I think everyone (myself included) that wanted Dennis Allen gone last year assumed he was going to revert to his losing ways. The first two games teams were still figuring things out and the Saints were at their peak health. They also couldn't have asked for a better opener in the Panthers.

Dennis Allen is oblivious. I'll never take him seriously after his halftime presser where informed reporters after Carr threw two interception before the half, he told him to "keep doing what you're doing."

That has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I like Carr.

Allen can get fricking bent which has been my stance since day 1.
