NO WAY THIS IS TRUE. WHY WOULD CASSELL AGREEE TO A 4 YR DEAL WORTH ONLY 28 MILLION? HIS 1 YR FRANCHISE TAG THAT HE HAS SIGNED ALREADY IS FOR OVER 14 MILLION FOR 1 YR. MOST STARTING QB'S GET 6 YRS DEALS WORTH AROUND 8-10 MILLION A YR.

Unless the entire 28 million is guaranteed. But wouldn't that make Cassell the first player to have his entire contract guaranteed?

couldn't have been true becasue he went to the chiefs for a 2nd rounder. The pats def would have jumped on the bucs offer first.
