2009—9-0
1991—8-1
2018—8-1
2013– 7-2
2017—7-2
1992—7-2

The 1992 team started out well, although I don’t have their record after nine games committed to memory.

The 2011 team only started 6-3.
The 1987 team also started 6-3.
The 2000 team was also 6-3 after nine.

I remember '92. That loss to the Eagles in the playoffs that year hurt badly.

So did the loss to the Bills.

We had the game won and Tyrone Hughes muffed a punt inside our own 20.

Bills scored a touchdown. Ball game.

I was at the game. I was 11. It was like my dog died.

The Saints were up 20-7 going into the fourth quarter.

The Eagles outscored the Saints 29-0 in the fourth.

What a horrible way to lose your fourth consecutive playoff game.

Not Bobby as much as Jim Mora. Running T-Dalt, not once, but twice off tackle at Reggie White after a good drive to get in position to score a TD. Stuff both times and big MO changed in the Eagle favor rest of the game.

Don’t forget the 2002 team that started out 7-2 then crappped the bed to miss the playoffs.
