I think the defense will be middle of the road with the usual caveat "But if we can get more pressure on the QB we can be top ten". TE's look good. Would like to see better competition for the backup RB's. If any of the young WR's can make a mark as a #3 we look good there.
And a blessing and a curse to the rest of the league would be our oline starting every game

1. I think 11-5 is a good prediction. We could certainly do as well as 14-2 or 15-1 if things break right. But you never count on that.

2. I don’t think we’ll get Clowney but he’d be a great asset.

3. I can’t believe someone insinuated that the NFL was dispatching people to tigerdroppings for a propaganda mission. I love this stupid website so much sometimes.

Any who, I think the addition of Clowney would huge for the defense because it seems our troubles come when teams can play ball control. He is a monster in the run game. Not worried about his low sack numbers, as we were already 3rd in sacks last year.

Ty Montgomery could have a much more impactful season than most people expect because SP knows how to create mismatches with versatile players like that.

Would like another veteran CB, that would be the icing on the cake.

Who could the saints be targeting at LB via Trade or FA? No way we can go into the season with current depth at the position.
