Genuinely curious if those renderings are from the same people who designed century link in Seattle. Had a very similar look to it.

Hot take: The way Biloxi is bringing in billion dollar casinos now combined with NOLA/LA politics I wouldn’t be shocked if the Saints eventually moved there if a brand new stadium is in play. Rebrand as Gulf Coast Saints similar to New England

Stadium needs to be where it is for the airport and downtown to prosper

Naw

But there are just some things structurally that you cannot change with the dome.

It’s fine & will be fine. But you can’t say it is just as up to date as other places.

It lacks roof & surface features, open concept concourse party decks, to name a few.

Something as simple as restrooms have not even been completely renovated. The terrace restroom are complete trash.
