Yeah and don't forget that there was still like 40 seconds left. We absolutely SHOULD have run at least one time if for no other reason than to get the clock under 25 seconds.

When you factor in how dead tired and absolutely licked their D line was and what a confidence boost it was for O-line to be feasting like that, it really is a gut punch to have ended it with those 4 plays.

I'd love to have known if we'd have gone for 2 or kicked. The way the game was going, I'd have kicked IF we had a competent kicker. But with Gruppe I'd have called a TO and dialed up our absolute best, most practiced 2-pt play and run that.
