IMO, Allen is not coaching for his job, regardless of what happens this season. We have enough talent to finish at or near .500, and the reason Pete hasn't been fired yet is because Allen can bring in a new OC at end of season to "freshen up" the offense. That, plus the mounting injuries, will save him with our weak owner.
