I mean I get it. The pick is suspect so far and may turn out to be bad in hindsight, but can we stop acting like the #40 pick was a gold gem that always hits and dooms the franchise for another 10 years.

If the coaches think Rattler is better, he will start. If the coaches think Shough is better, they still will probably start Rattler. If you truly believe Shough, you wouldn’t throw him into the fire immediately and set him up for failure
