I don’t think this team would recover from a burn it down situation for a decade or more, we would basically be the Detroit Lions.

The burn it down approach doesn’t work. That’s why the Browns are the Browns and the Jets are the Jets. How long have they been searching for the next great QB?

Take the approach of the Broncos or Philly or Kansas City. Keep the team competitive, then hit on a star or two then go all in.

We need to cut some old dead weight like Peat and TM7. Draft a stud DE (not some lame project) and some OL. Then wait until a year or two until Carr is done and find your QB in the next great QB draft class.
