TL;DR is at the bottom of this long term arse posts. I can’t sleep so I ended up writing this novel. I made this up to see if it’s fair and works salary cap wise. From what I understand , it will fit.
I was also interested in what would be the best route if the Pels actually land the first pick in the lotto. I would assume the Knicks would get out of the AD sweepstakes. This is only if he Pels get the #1 pick in the lotteryPels draft Zion. .

Boston gets -
AD
Moore
Hill
Draft picks are the only other possible available.

The Pels get-
Tatum
Smart
Gordon or Jaylen Brown. (Hayward most likely to be offered)
2 to 3 firsts rounders, especially the Sacramento pick if they can keep out of the playoffs.

That is 12 players but more on the team that are free agents.

I still like Hayward. Im still a firm believer that he is gonna be really good again by next year so he can feel confident again. That contract is bad but it could end up being a great asset for another player or picks.

Pels with this roster

PG-Elfrid? Frank Jackson, Frazier?
Combo guards- Jrue, Smart
SF-Tatum, Hayward (also worried about defense) bug still. Huge contract
F- Zion (#1 pick) Randle? (if he stays)
C- Boogie, Okafor or DeAndre Jordan. He probably won’t leave the Knicks or without signing around 20 a year. until he gets too old in a couple years but I would take him.

*Stanley Johnson, Williams, and Diallo all have team options. I00 percent at least 2 have it.

Boogie would be a beast with this core of guys. Randle is a toss up from what I’ve heard. I don’t want to overpay him at all.

TL;DR :
Peicans get - Tatum. Smart, Hayward and some 1st rounders.

Boston gets:
AD
Moore
Soloman Hill

Boston isnt going to offer that much. To answer your question I would rather have AD resign.

He definitely looked pretty resigned last night, that's for sure.

Yeah I didn’t know what their offer would be. I had Hayward as a negative and thought Boston would want to get out of that contract. It could be a great contract for all I know. I’m really ignorant with the salary cap and admit that.

I’ll try not to start these threads on the coming months. Mainly wondering what Boston will most likely offer. That and salary cap.

I do hope they go after Boogie Cousins though.

No way Boston offers it, but if they do, you take it in a heartbeat.

Why wouldn't they? The rumor has already been Tatum, Smart and picks. They would certainly love to add Hayward and his $65 million + in salary for $21 million in salary for Hill/Moore.
