I’ll take Ja. Ja just needs to focus on basketball.
So what is it going to take for him to focus on basketball instead of wanting to be a street thug? Being drafted #2 overall in the NBA? A $200 million guaranteed contract? Being the face of a small market franchise and having the team built around him? A 3 year old daughter to be a example for? An 8 game suspension, loss of nearly $700k in salary and counseling for his indiscretions? A second suspension for the same exact issues? What next?

One of them doesn’t have the drive to be good at basketball. The other has the drive to be good at basketball but is not comfortable being himself and tries to be something he is not.

The latter can likely be fixed and lead to a great career. The former can’t be fixed.

how fricking sad its come to this.

I guess I would bet on morant having the come to Jesus moment. oh shite they are serious.

I dont see zion comprehending what it takes to be fit or to work on his game. and so, he will be terrific until the next injury and then not play a long long long time. and meanwhile he's not been healthy enough to learn to shoot.
I divorced zion after he was unwilling to play in the playin.
if I'm TD gm I play him a week of summer league and see him dominate and I'm dealing him for the haul.

morants 2nd gun instance blows my mind.

in the redraft of the zion morant class I guess garland is now the correct answer.

damn.
