Ive always called Westbrook a shittier and dumbass version of Kobe who is a big arse loser with zero rings.

Even Kobe learned he needed teammates and stopped running off people after a few years without Shaq lol.

This dude Westbrook will never learn.

But they're better than most, but the fact that he's "dropped off" and still averages a triple double still says something... does it not? And what GMs are giving him the cold shoulder? Last I checked.. teams have been interested in trading for him.. what are you talking about? And you proved exactly what I was saying "freakishly athletic".. that's what Westbrook is and that's what I've been trying to prove.

Also.. I never said I wanted us to trade for him. The Pels wanna go younger.. so obviously he wouldn't fit. I'm just trying to figure out why there's so much hate for this man.

And you have named yours accurately bc your brain must be pea sized if you haven't seen what I've been saying. You act as if he's dead on..and he's not. Now.. watcha got?

8 years of stats that prove... DING DING DING! This guy is pretty good at what he does.. I was LITERALLY making a point about him being a good teammate.. and pat what Melo said then.. since it's of the utmost importance. Lol. And no one cares about what i'm saying yet... here you are.. giving your 0 cents to what I'm saying..duck. So.. ppl don't criticize players with 3p numbers like that right? No.. you're unreal. I never asked you to respond anyways lol. Stfu

I guess that means a lot of superstars with no supporting casts back in the day aren't winners either then. This man had Harden and KD and Got beat by my favorite teams big 3 (Miami Heat) in the Finals. He had PG sure.. but look at every conference finals and finals teams last yr. What'd they have? Superstars and a supporting cast. Something... as I keep saying... Westbrook did not have.

Didn't read much of the thread but just here to say.....

I love Westbrook and his game. But Westbrook and his game....and his contract doesn't fit where this team is right now.

However, if in 3 years at mid-season we have a top 3 record in the West and serious title hopes, and assuming Westbrook still has it, I wouldn't hesitate to take a flyer on him as a super-sub 6th man.

Yep. The only team hardware he ever won was a 2012 gold medal and unsurprisingly, he was not in the crunch-time line-up late in the Final game when Spain gave them a relatively close-call.

Westbrook has led a team that has finished near the bottom of 3 point shooting almost every year without Durant.
What do you think would happen if Harden and Westbrook switched teams? I think Harden is the better player, but you give Westbrook the shooting support Harden has, and he'd be capable of guiding his team much deeper into the playoffs.

Complaining that he's a stat padder is dumb. WHy would you not want him grabbing the defensive rebound to start the break? I hope we do that with Zion. Grab it and go.

Yeah he's a crappy shooter, but he can still get to the rim on anyone.
I forgot how much he's going to be making, so yeah i guess i wouldn't be onboard with getting him.

Zion isnt gonna wait for Westbrook to get the ball LOL.

Zion is a monster, he is gonna snatch the ball and be off to the races, with the rest of the team.

We trade for Westbrook and he would still be on the other side of the floor giving a zion a dirty look after we finish the fast break LOL.

Teddy, there is NO fit for Westbrook with Pels.

Oh he’s a proven stat padder, even former teammates have claimed such. If you cant accept that point then its hard to debate with you. Dont be Sir cnt!

Today, yes. In 3 years (14 years into his career) getting 30 minutes/night on a championship team, why not?

There is no way Westbrook will accept being a 6th man in 3 years. Look at Carmelo and AI.

This is not a selfless player like vince carter.

Did you call him a count over his opinion about a basketball player or am I misreading that last sentence?
