A lot of people are blaming the players in situations like this, that "they are professionals, thay are paid a lot, they should play hard regardless..." but when you have such a goofy manager who will do it in their profession?
You either keep doing your tasks without giving a s...t and putting extra effort or you find another job and resign. But NBA players don't have the 2nd option.
