If we were going full tear down rebuild, this might be the guy. He is the type of big swing you make in that situation, and the guy has time to get better on a team that sucks.
We aren't doing that though, so I don't think this is the play

Give me Kon or Maluach over this guy. He doesn’t even attempt to play defense. Kon is a pick and roll monster and a sharpshooter while Maluach would give us the size and rim protection we lack and the athleticism to defend and switch.
