There’s nowhere to relocate to, Vegas and Seattle will get expansion teams.
There are a half dozen other locations that desire an NBA franchise. Even international cities like Vancouver and Mexico City.
I don't want the team to move, but they have to fight to keep it. Make it attractive for them to stay. Plus there is going to be a new owner eventually. A trust or a foundation cannot own an NBA franchise. I just wish they would be more proactive and put a succession plan in place that addresses the major concerns (owner, arena, etc..).

The owner is from New Orleans, lived here all her life. Still lives in the same home. Didn’t earn the money so the money doesn’t move her. I laugh every time I see these comments
Counterpoint:
Owner inherits team from deceased husband. Owner hires a GM that is long past his prime, and an unqualified coach that should be coaching in a developmental league. The team’s veteran talent includes an oft-injured team leader and a chucker with no control. Also a veteran role-player from the Caribbean.
This is Major League, but if the team still sucked. She’s trying to move the team to Miami.
