The Pelicans are a bad basketball team

I think they have talent and a lot of the pieces to compete. They are young and their is still a lot of room for improvement. Also have a lot of asset/picks to build on. But right now they are less than the sum of their parts. I believe the biggest deficiency is coaching. Jury is still out on David Griffin. COVID will buy everyone some grace, but I think a lot of changes need to be made this off-season and there needs to be more top to bottom accountability next season.

Pelicans biggest issues for me 1) Need a legit big man who can defend and rebound 2) need defenders to at least slow down the opposing guard players

Playing as expected. A below .500 team is still losing half their games. Highly frustrating nonetheless.

you score 125 , shoot almost 60% and still lose by 15 , that’s almost unheard of , screw Gentry
