You can shuffle the deck chairs and fire Willie and hire Mosely but it starts at the top.

We could fire Dumars and I have zero confidence the next hire would be better because Gayle doesn't know how to hire anyone because she doesn't understand the game.

We get worked up about players and coaches. It just doesn't matter. A team constructed by Dumars and Weaver will never compete.
