No I'm not gonna bash Monty.
What do you he has to do to keep his job at the end of next season? Playoffs? Miss playoffs but show some improvement? And what happens if we're out of contention by the break?

At least show real improvement, and that includes a much better record. I think he may need to make the playoffs or just miss.
