Yeah I don’t know what’s up with that. I remember on a video a few weeks ago they had him doing light work on the court but then we never heard anything again. I’ve been surprised they haven’t given an official update recently.

Don’t know what’s taking so long for Poole to come back
I mean I’m not sure id rush back to join this team. Also, he’s got our trainers. I’m not sure why anyone would come to this team in FA. I’ve seen better health care in 3rd world countries.

And you are like every woman - constantly complaining for everything.
There are already quite of few positives under JB and slowly the team is building some identity.
You can't expect miracles when you had the dumbest coach in the world for 5 years.

More posts where people think Borrego had zero input in the multiple seasons as the lead assistant.

Another female post... complaining without saying anything meaningful.
There is a big difference between having zero input and providing input which is completely or at least partially ignored. And there is even bigger difference to be part of something and to be actually the one calling the shots.
I can say from my own working experience that a manager can receive lots of feedback from his team and completely to ignore it because he is delusional and believes he is the one. And this is extremely destructive and takes time to recover after such a person is gone.
Therefore I prefer to look at the positives - increased tempo, better rebounding, rotations, ATOs, more effort, etc. Also the growth of the players, not just Fears and Queen, but Peavy, McGowens, Karlo, even Hawkins.
JB might not be the coach of the future, but at least he is laying some foundations and building some positive habits for those players.
And Fears and Queen are simply enjoyable to watch. Now we don't have to rush it and try win now moves, but get some assets for Zion (if possible) and Herb this year and then DM, Poole and perhaps Bey next year. I would keep Trey for at least two more years as he is the perfect 3rd option.

Link to that thread Primetime. Hilarious takes in there. Our takes aged extremely well.

Yes, I am crying inconsolably because of your meaningless statements about James Borrego who is like a father to me and I will defend him to my last breath.
You must be one very sad and pathetic person who has nothing else to do besides typing on his keyboard the same sh.t every day.
