Looking back, the signs were there about the Vegas game. The interview the other day with BI and Z asked about being in Vegas and then just laughing. The pregame interview with Zion looking like he’s hungover or found BI stash. This is an absolute embarrassment

so if no one thinks zion is trying, what are ingram and cj doing? are they trying and just arse? is a non-trying zion really better than a trying cj and ingram?

He just wants to play iso ball and dribble drive to the basket. He doesn’t move without the ball. He doesn’t play defense. He’s hard to watch. All the natural talent in the world and that’s the only reason he’s even in the league. Low BBIQ and low effort player when he’s not attacking the rim with the basketball.

The guy not trying will get called out more than the guys trying but having a bad shooting night.

This is such bs. McCollum has given up at least 9 wide open threes with zero effort closeouts along with several back cuts for easy layups. Zion deserves to be called out for his effort, but CJ has been every bit as bad from an effort standpoint and completely awful from a ball movement standpoint.

why do I have to tell you this again?

They're having a bad shooting night.

Lol if you think Zion's effort is on par with them 2 tonight. No chance you believe that.

Yo zion has two rebounds , TWO fricking rebounds . And he set the tone to this game when he came out and looks scared . He’s our franchise player , we go as he does .
So yeah zion has been terrible tonight

Yes, Zion is giving MUCH less effort than both. Obviously.

I dont know who is “trying harder” but what I do know is that after 22 games, one guy can’t string together 6 straight minutes without being completely gassed and can hardly move. That is pathetic

Zions effort sucks but CJ/Ingram energy wasn’t there either.

You know you have no leg to stand on when you have to rely on “whataboutism”. Does it make you feel better about Zion giving no real effort if there are others as well? BI’s effort in the 3rd quarter was pathetic as well. Happy now?

I don’t understand CJ tonight. Why did he take so many shots early? He was awful but kept shooting like we had no other options.
