BI was the Batman last season, he needs to realize he's not that anymore and this is Zion's team and he needs to play Robin

It’s like yall think Stan drew up a play for Zion and BI just stole the ball and held it himself for the last shot. That ending play has no one to blame except for SVG. Obviously they arent going to allow a easy direct roll pass to Zion at the end of the game, so why do a “two man game” instead of just giving Zion the ball to make a play

It's funny that I was bitching that he didn't give up the ball, and others are saying he doesn't want the ball at clutch time.

In 43 clutch minutes, Ingram this season is 7 of 26, 0 for 7 from 3 and has 6 turnovers.

With Ingram in that spot, we know that the best possible outcome is an Ingram long contested 2.

Giving the ball to Zion to initiate, we know the odds of getting a good look are so much higher than with Ingram.

Yea, I just don't get what happened there.

Yeah I don't know, it seems like they would of drawn something up to get it to Zion and I don't know, maybe work the PnR with JJ Like they've been doing for the past 2 full games up to that point. At worst Zion draws the entire defense opening up a wide open look to someone on the perimeter for a 3

Dont get me wrong, Zion coulda messed it up, he could lose the ball or turn it over.

I like to look at it from best case scenario. Best case scenario with Ingram, we know from past experience, is BI taking an 18 foot step back contested 2. That's the best look we'd get in that spot with that play we ran.

With Zion, we know best case scenario is a much, much higher % shot.
