Pelicans Lease with the state

Now that the Saints seem to be locked up long term, what’s the status of the Pels. Haven’t seen much reporting on it. I think it’s until 2024 but haven’t seen talk of an extension or arena upgrades? Maybe I’ve been living under a rock.

We aren’t getting a new arena. Where in the hell would they put it? The current location allows for both teams to take advantage of too many opportunities and it’s perfectly located.
