NAW's problem all year has been bad turnovers. You really think that he's the solution to what currently ails us?

I expect to see him in the 2nd half, though, because we're losing this game anyway.

You think naw is the problem??? Put NAW in a system where they know how to use his skill set instead of out there running around freestyling with no play calls, you’ll see his value. This dude would look like an all star on the spurs

No, I've been one of the biggest NAW stans here in Pels Talk. In fact, I made a particularly bad thread in December saying that NAW was going to be so awesome that we would trade Lonzo.

NAW's problem has been his own nerves. This game is really good for him to get his confidence up and get in a groove. I won't be surprised at all if NAW gets meaningful minutes against Memphis.

But there was no way that he was going to play early in this game.

You could make that argument for most players on this team because our coach is a fricking idiot who has no idea what he’s doing.

Let’s not get crazy. JO is horrendously bad. I’m not crazy about Favors either and I can get behind playing Hayes and Melli in his place but Okafor is bad.

Where did he say that? He was stating NAWs problems, not the Pelicans. These are essentially playoff games, (although the organization isn't treating them that way), so you don't want a walking turnover out there more than a guy that has been solid most of the year. Now was not the time to start experimenting with something new. Lonzo has been solid this year and a 2 game sample size is not what you judge anybody on. If you were going on small sample sizes, then NAW would never see the court.

I’m saying the system he’s in plays a role in his turnovers

Ridiculous. It is easy to look "confident" when you are playing at the end of a blowout against backups. The takes here sometimes are a joke.

I was speaking directly for that situation/game, I’m not asking for NAW to start over Lonzo but when Lonzo is playing trash then yes I want to see someone else with potential to see what they can do
