Is it really that bad to be out this long? Is he on the shelf for a trade? Load management ?

No. Griffin said today he needs to see all the pieces playing together before he can even decide if there's a good trade out there, and for once I 100% believe him.

Why do we think we know what’s a reasonable amount of time when we really don’t know the nature of the injury. All I know is, it is something to do with the elbow, right? He’ll play when the time is right.
