This is the worst part of what she said. She claims that she's committed to winning, but is keeping Willie Green on as head coach when he's clearly proven during his tenure here that he's not the right guy to move this team in a competitive and winning direction.

I don't like the Dumars hiring, but I would've been willing to see how it played out if they got rid of Green and brought in a coach that's a proven winner to lead this team. With keeping Green on and hiring a guy only because "you're comfortable with him" really puts me off as fan of the team. I barely watched the team and only went to a few games this year. It will be even less next season with the decisions that were made this week. I hope the Pels fan base feels that same way as I do and the arena is mostly empty next year to send a clear message to Gayle.
