Call DavidWest immediately

I’m serious, it’s who Zion needs to call. And this is no slight to either player..David West was the best free throw line jump shooter I’ve ever seen.

They’re absolutely GIVING it to Zion and he won’t risk shooting it. But in order for us to ever win anything of relevance, he has to shoot it, repeatedly.

Then the defense steps up leaving everybody else to launch away, it’s pretty simple.

The Pels are built on this one absolute MUST = Zion has to shoot that elbow jumper..it’s basically how the offense gets started. If he doesn’t, we become stagnant like we are now.

What concerns me is not that he might miss a few, but that he won’t shoot it at all.

I bet dWest MADE 300-500 buckets from that elbow area everyday before he left the gym.

Also, play uptempo for goodness sake..6 fast break points versus their 12 at half is ridiculous.

Pels will be fine, it’s early in the season.
