I think they have also been holding Jose back a little to rest his ankle while also giving more PT to Hawk. Trading Jose or Naji would be dangerous though since both are universally loved by the entire team. You don’t want to fix what isn’t broken, inevitably someone will have to sacrifice time with a roster this deep. It’s a nice problem to have.

You do realize Naji is shooting 38% from three right; Jose 39.3%. Naji is shooting 46% overall from the field, Jose 41%. Naji is shooting 82% from the foul line, Jose 65%. I hate that Jose isn't playing, but shooting does not favor Jose over Naji. The irrational hatred of Naji on this board is really confusing. He's been really big for us in several games.

I don’t think people hate Naji it’s just the hate of not playing superior players like Hawk and Trey and Naji gets minutes that they could have instead. Naji is a great player but he is most likely at his peak. Trey and Hawk with more PT can develop and make us a true title contender. Naji should definitely be traded and even though I love Jose we should trade him as well if we get the right player in return. Our potential skyrockets defensively with a shot blocking big that either can catch alley oops really well or shoots a good percentage from 3. Val is a great player but doesn’t fit this team and will want more money this off-season. If Herb and Dyson can take more risks defensively and simultaneously funnel drivers like Ja to a shot blocker then our defense can be insane. That’s why we always get smoked by Ja, LeBron etc
