Yamaha Acoustic Guitar

Are any of you here guitar gurus and give me a little bit of info and direction?

I don't play the guitar and I recently got my hands on a Yamaha FG-110 Red label made in Taiwan. I've done a little research via Google and really only got directed to a few forums.

I'm pretty sure it's one of the first ones built in Taiwan because it's a red label. Once they started manufacturing them in Taiwan, they went to beige and black labels. The model number, if I'm reading it correctly, says it was made in 1970.

It's in fair shape. Could use cleaning and probably tuning. For which I don't have experience in. Nonetheless, I'm trying to find a reasonable value for it. I'd appreciate any help I could get.
