He use to play my club in Monroe and was one of the best guys on and off stage.

His cover of I Am The Walrus from a Grant Street Medicine Man tribute record honoring Tommy Comeaux might be one of the best live recordings ever.

That name is really familiar. Is he from Monroe? Or went to Tech by chance?

Edit: nm I just looked him up and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him. Maybe he’s played at Enochs while I was there and don’t remember I dunno

He’s from South Louisiana, Batin Rouge I believe. He’s good enough for him to be in the La Music Hall of fame. He use to play Mickees in Monroe but I believe that’s it.

Chris is good but why do people in Baton Rouge love cover bands more than the actual original music that’s being produced in the city?

So many good local original bands but people want to hear brown eyed girl
