What's a moderately priced ($200 - $500) turntable with a USB port you can recommend?

I need one mostly for the digital downloads.

Huh? You mean to rip vinyl to digital? Look on Crutchfield, they have several in that price range.

I fail to see what (why) you're doing with the turntable in this case. More context might help.

Hard to play vinyl in my car while driving (potholes, etc.). And that's also some context. Would love to compile old favorites set to play on the road.

Ok, it was just that turntable and digital downloads does not compute.
Depending what you are using to rip, laptop or desktop, you might be able to us a turntable with analog output as long as it has a built-in phono pre-amp. Soundcard's often have an audio input, if so then you just need to get an RCA to 3.5mm adaptor. Since you might already have a stereo, you could output from that to a computer with the right cable/usb soundcard.
